January 2005, Todd David:

Well,  These are the movies I've worked on. Sudden Death, The Quest, Maximum Risk, Double Team, Knock Off, Legionnarie and Universal Soldier: The Return, [admin: and Until Death, 2007]

Working with Jean Claude is a great experience. He is a perfectionist. Every kick, every punch has got look great. Traveling all over the world isn't that bad either, I've made a lot of friends all over the world. It seems that the French, Italian, Tai and Chinese girls like me....and I like them back.

I started as JC's standin and photo double and gradually worked my way to doing his fight scenes and stunts. I had a close call during the filming of "Knock Off". There was this big ship towing another ship and I had to drive the boat between them and jump off and grab on the towing line. My boat stalled and the ship crashed into the little speed boat, very close.

I would say the craziest stunt was during "Double Team", where I was being chased by a tiger. The scene took four days and I never ran so fast in my life. Now for all the love scenes I do for him...  just kidding he gets all the fun.

For Until Death I did many stunts: driving scenes like a madman, shooting guns, running up the front of a truck and on to a balcony. This is truly Jean-Claude's best film yet,  Jean-Claude's acting is incredible!

We have a lot in common. We love to train, eat healthy, we love our families and we love to look at women... just look. There is no double out there for a major action star that is better then me athletic wise. My specialty is sports: football, baseball, basketball, tennis, bowling, golf, archey and of course martial arts.

I was mentioned in Muscle Mag as being the best athletic double in the business.  My publicist is trying to get a Fear Factor episode for all stunt doubles that have made 5 or more movies with their actor. So far no challenges...not surprising.

I get a lot of my athletic ability from my grandfather, he was a professional boxer in the '40's and me being in the military (Army national Guard) for six years help out a lot. I love movies and making my own (action, romance, comedy...everything)

"Fists of Legend II: Iron bodyguards" was my first on screen fight scene and was also in "Kung Phooey"(spoof).
I play the character of Jean-Claude Croissant.
